College Offers Prep Course for CGBP Exam

The College of Charleston School of Business is offering a two-day training course to serve as preparation for those taking the NASBITE™ Certified Global Business Professional™ (CGBP™) exam. The course will be held on Friday, March 15 and Saturday, March 16, 2013 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The course will be held in room 220 of the Beatty Center (5 Liberty St.) and will prepare students for CGBP™ exam dates between April 29 – May 11, 2013 or June 10- 22, 2013.

The NASBITE-accredited professional training course will offer an in-depth look at each of the four knowledge domains tested in the national exam: global business management, global marketing, global supply chain management, and international trade finance. All classes will be taught by the College of Charleston’s own CGBP-certified and NASBITE-certified faculty members.

The cost of the two-day course is $395 and individual, half-day sessions are $125 each. College of Charleston alumni and Global Business Resource Center partners receive a discounted price of $295 for both days and $75 for half-day sessions.
