As a precautionary action because of possible high winds, rain and flooding from Hurricane Irene, the College of Charleston has cancelled all classes and labs for Friday. This includes the Main Campus, North Campus, Grice Marine Lab and the Lowcountry Graduate Center.
Campus offices will resume normal schedules beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, unless weather conditions change. Any updates to College schedules based on changing weather conditions will be posted on the College of Charleston website homepage.
All residence halls and dining facilities will remain open. The library will remain open until 6 p.m. on Friday evening and will reopen Saturday morning at 10 a.m.
