Grammy award-winning artist, Jason Mraz is scheduled to appear at the College of Charleston on Wednesday, September 22 at 8 p.m. in the Carolina First Arena with special guest Robert Francis.  Fusing reggae, rock, folk, jazz and hip hop, Mraz is best known for his hits, “The Remedy (I Won’t Worry),” “I’m Yours,” and “Lucky.”  In addition to his musical career, Jason Mraz is an active supporter of VH1’s Save the Music Foundation, MusiCares and Free the Children.  He was named the 2010 SIMA Humanitarian of the Year and also received the 2010 Clean Water Award from the Surfrider Foundation.

A student-only pre-sale will begin on Monday, August 23, 2010 at 10 a.m. at the Carolina First Box Office.  A valid C of C student identification card will be required to participate.  General public ticket sales will begin online at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 28, 2010.  Tickets are priced at $20 for C of C students (with valid I.D.) and $35 for general public.  Ticket prices day of show will be $25 for C of C students (with valid I.D.) and $40 for general public.  There is a limit of two tickets per person for all purchases.
